Could you send me the signed contract by Friday? Legal needs it before the board meets.
Promises are made everywhere.
A client asks in your work mail. A friend promises something on WhatsApp. A colleague asks for a draft on a call. Each app keeps its own part. Aarni puts them together.
It reads where promises are made.
Every mail account you connect, the calls you record and the chats you share. Aarni keeps the sentences that commit someone to something.
Busy week! I'll send you the revised scope tomorrow.
Priya Can you share the budget draft by Wednesday?
You Sure, I'll do that.
Thank you for the interview today. What is the next step?
It keeps one list, both ways round.
What you owe, what you are owed, who and by when. Tap a row and you see the sentence it came from.
The reply closes it.
When a later message settles a promise, Aarni marks it done. The list keeps itself up to date.
Here is the signed contract, attached.
Your mail app's AI reads one inbox.
Gmail's AI finds to-dos in Gmail. Copilot finds them in Outlook. Your promises also live in your other accounts, your chats and your calls. Aarni reads them together.
- Gmail's AI Inbox
- Gmail, for Google AI subscribers
- Copilot
- Outlook, Teams and the rest of Microsoft 365
- Aarni
- Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail and any IMAP account, several at once. Your calendars. Calls you record. WhatsApp chats you share. Voice memos and notes.
What Aarni finds
Requests and promises, both ways round, and the things people forget to follow up.
Everything in one place, and that place is your phone.
Connecting every account is a lot to ask of an app. So Aarni keeps all of it on the phone: its AI runs there, and your mail, your calls and your list stay there.
- Your data stays on the phone
- Aarni reads your mail there and keeps the list there. Aarni runs without a server of its own, so your data has one home: your phone.
- Yours alone
- Your mail, calls and chats are kept from us, from advertisers and data brokers, and from AI training, Aarni's included. The app is free of analytics, advertising and tracking.
- Its own AI
- Trained for one job, finding commitments. It downloads once, about 220 MB over Wi‑Fi, and runs on the phone by itself.
- Mailboxes open read only
- Every message stays where it is, exactly as it was.
- You send every mail
- Reply and Nudge open a draft in your own mail app. You read it and press send.

One brief each morning.
At the time you choose, Aarni names what needs you that day, from every place it reads. After that it stays quiet, unless something is about to be late.
Three things need you today. The Novak contract is the one most likely to slip, and you see Elif at 14:00.

Questions
Gmail and Outlook have AI now. Why Aarni?
Each of them reads its own inbox. Aarni reads all your accounts together, with your calls and chats, and keeps one list of what you owe and what you are owed. When a reply settles something, Aarni closes it by itself.
Does my mail leave my phone?
Aarni's AI runs entirely on the phone, and your mail, your list and your brief stay there. Aarni signs in to your mail provider to fetch your own mail, the way any mail app does.
Is my data sold, or used to train AI?
Your data stays on your phone, so it stays out of reach of everyone else, us included. It is kept from advertisers and data brokers, and from AI training. Aarni's AI was trained before it reached you, and it learns from you only on the phone.
Is it one more inbox to check?
It is a list that keeps itself. You get one brief each morning, and after that Aarni stays quiet unless something is about to be late.
Which apps does it read?
Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud Mail and other IMAP accounts, your calendars, calls you record in Aarni and WhatsApp chats you share. Microsoft Teams and Slack are coming soon.
Is there an iPhone app?
Aarni is in a closed beta on Android today. The iPhone and the Mac come next.
What does it cost?
Aarni is free during the beta.
